Savoury Version

Combine:

  • Carrot shredded lengthwise (to create long fibers)
  • Olive or coconut oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and garlic to taste

Sweet Version

Combine:

  • Carrot shredded lengthwise (to create long fibers)
  • Fresh strawberries and/or raisins,
  • Banana
  • Lemon juice for freshness

NB: Eating enough carrots will confer shining golden skin.
