Combine:
- Carrot shredded lengthwise (to create long fibers)
- Olive or coconut oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt and garlic to taste
Sweet Version
Combine:
- Carrot shredded lengthwise (to create long fibers)
- Fresh strawberries and/or raisins,
- Banana
- Lemon juice for freshness
NB: Eating enough carrots will confer shining golden skin.
